1. How do I cancel my plan?

Simply go to your "My Subscriptions" page, select your active subscription and click "Cancel Subscription".

(You will still have access to all features until the end of your current billing cycle.​)

 

 

2. How do I receive the picks?

​

With a valid and active subscription, you will have access to our Picks page, which updates in real time as picks are released.

You can also opt in or out of email alerts by toggling the button on the page.

3. Why are there no picks in the last 2 minutes before the start time?

​

This is by design - it is to give our members sufficient time to receive the pick and decide what they do with it. (Eg, getting on with their preferred bookmaker or simply just watch along.)

4. Why are your results recorded to win 500? Do I need to do the same?

​

This is for record-keeping purposes only. You may choose the amount you wish to win (0, 100, 500, 1k or 2k). The choice is yours!
